Nice rooms and friendly staff
So we stayed for 1 night in a Queen Room, and it was pretty comfy! Loved the cozy comforters and the vibe was chill. Breakfast was super easy which I appreciated. Only bummer was the TV lagged a bit when changing channels, kinda annoying. The staff were really nice and helpful.

The room was spacious and fit our family of three perfectly. The king bed was comfy, and the sofa bed was a nice touch. We had a fantastic view of the mountains too! It was a great setup for our stay.

Lighting in the room
Room had lots of stains on the carpet (I have pictures if you ever want them). Stains on the chair and ottoman. Scratches and gash on the furniture.Broken desk drawer. Could tell the eggs were some kind of processed egg...not freshly scrambled (which we already know but sometimes the staff at different locations do well with making it and it's a closer consistency to freshly made scrambled eggs. So...if the room was under $100...maybe wouldn't be such an issue because you get what you pay for BUT, the price was going for $140+ but I happened to get it a little cheaper through Booked.net.

The breakfast had great options, including smoothies and yogurt. The air conditioning kept failing, making our stay uncomfortable.

Horrible stay, booked 2 queen bed room but they didn't have it so had to sleep in King with roll away. Got to that room it was occupied and they had no idea why. They moved us again to King suite but the Fold out couch was broken and my daughter could feel the coils in mattress so she decided to sleep on couch but it was too short and she ended up on the floor. The upstairs room sounded like they were playing football running back and forth till late and again early morning. Was told I would get half off my rate for the trouble, they wouldn't give me proof of that they just gave me the run around and there was no manager on site on a holiday weekend!!! we'll see, I'm still waiting for them to accommodate. I never complain about my stays at a hotel because I know sometimes there are hiccups but this place was terrible I actually left crying!!

The room is nice and the bed was so comfortable.
The front desk employee the weekend we stayed lacked customer service skills. When I called the next day about an item I left she would immediately place me on hold for 5 min as soon as the phone rang. I had to call back repeatedly since she wouldn't answer the line. She also hung up on me a couple of times. In the end after asking for the hotel's managers info she was able to find the the item in question after initially giving me the run around. It's a nice place but the hotel owners need to invest in good employees.

We stayed in the King Studio Suite with Sofa Bed, and it fit our family of four perfectly. The breakfast options were fantastic, especially the fresh fruit and pastries. It's also only a short distance from the excitement of Central Reno.
My kids wished the pool opened earlier for a morning swim.

The room was reasonably priced and top-notch with a clean bathroom. It had magnificent views of the mountains. The location seemed perfectly comfortable quiet away from the casinos.
Their staff were a little grumpy.

Room was OK, but nothing special.
There was confusion when we checked in. I booked 3 rooms on Booked.net, but the hotel had me down for 4 rooms. Then, they were confused about who could pay for their rooms - only me, or the party staying in each of the 3 rooms. I'm still not sure whether they charged us properly. There are some huge pending charges in my credit card account. And, the breakfast food was mediocre.
